Health and wellbeing event for people with a cancer diagnosis

Open to anyone over the age of 16 with a cancer diagnosis, as well as carers and family
members. This safe and supportive session will last around two-and-a-half-hours.
You are welcome to attend alone or bring a companion.

- radiotherapy
- keeping active
- nutrition
- finance
- psychological support
- introduction to palliative care
- managing fatigue
