Join us for two days of research, innovation and improvement on Thursday 1 October and Friday 2 October.
Day one will showcase the wide range of clinical research work taking place across Heartlands Hospital, while supporting collaboration and the development of programmes that meet the needs of our local population.
Day two will showcase quality improvement projects from across Heartlands Hospital, highlighting the practical changes teams are making to improve care, services and patient experience.
Day one - Research
Across East Birmingham and Solihull, many of our communities' face some of the most significant health and social inequalities in the UK, including lower life expectancy, a greater burden of long-term illness, and persistent socio-economic disadvantages. This conference will bring together hospital colleagues who are committed to making a difference, showcasing their research and fostering new collaborations that can help improve health outcomes and address the challenges faced by our local communities.
