A free health talk on prostate cancer is taking place on 21 May

A free health talk on prostate cancer has been organised at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham on Thursday 21 May.

It is open to UHB members and staff and will take place at 17:30 in lecture theatre 3 in the Education Centre on the first floor.

Attendees will have the chance to hear from two experts: Richard Viney Consultant Urological Surgeon and Senior Lecturer in Urology, and Richard Gledhill, Lead Local Anaesthetic Trans-perineal Prostate Biopsy Nurse.

This in-person awareness session will give an overview of the condition and look at diagnosis and treatment.
