Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council and Good Hope Hospital have organised an information session for residents, their families and carers on falls prevention and mobility. The talk will be delivered by expert health professionals from Good Hope Hospital.

  • Building healthier lives in Sutton Coldfield - falls prevention and mobility
  • Wednesday 10 December 13:30 -14:30

The session will give residents more information on how to reduce their risk of falling and ways to improve their mobility, including a demonstration on how to get up safely following a fall and how to stay safe over the winter season.

There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session, walking aid MOT and chance to chat with Age Concern Birmingham Falls Prevention Team.

Whilst this is a free event, we do encourage attendees to confirm their space for capacity.
