Join us on Wednesday 23 September 2026 to learn about the transformation of community services in Solihull.
The talk will take place from 15:00–16:00 in the Solihull Hospital Lecture Theatre, located in the Education Centre on the first floor. You can also join via Microsoft Teams.
The talk is aimed at UHB members, colleagues and local residents.
The transformation programme has been developed by the Solihull Hospital and Community Services senior team, working with partners from primary care, public health, social care and the voluntary sector. It has been approved by NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and includes an investment of more than £5 million.
The programme will support a shift from hospital-based care to more proactive, preventative and integrated community services. It will focus on frailty, long-term conditions, end-of-life care, respiratory disease and improving patient flow.
