Quality Account and reports

The Trust's official Quality Account for 2017/18 is available below and provides an update on progress made towards the six quality improvement priorities for 2017/18:

Priority 1 Reducing grade 2 pressure ulcers
Priority 2 Improving patient experience and satisfaction
Priority 3 Timely and complete observations including pain assessment
Priority 4 Reducing missed doses
Priority 5 Reducing harm from falls
Priority 6 Timely treatment for sepsis

For 2018/19, the Trust has decided to keep the six quality improvement priorities from 2017/18. Performance has been reviewed and new targets set where appropriate.

The report also contains performance data for a selection of Trust and specialty-level quality indicators.

Please see the download section below for additional information in relation to the clinical audit and specialty quality indicator performance.

The Trust's quality accounts for previous years, plus quarterly update reports, are also provided below for reference.
