IT Services Quality policy

The IT Services Department will assess its goals and objectives through the IT Quality Assurance and Management Review Group to ensure they are aligned with the strategic needs of staff and patients, whilst maintaining the organisation's reputation and values. This approach ensures that the requirements of staff and patients remain central to all decisions, allowing the provision of modern, secure, high-performing, and innovative solutions that meet their needs. The IT Services Department will strive to continuously enhance the quality management system and avoid non-conformance.

The IT Services Department delivers high-quality information communications technology services, including technical design, cyber security, automation, support, development, and project management solutions to its clients. The department is dedicated to providing a service that adheres to BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. All department employees are expected to be familiar with the Quality Management System and follow its practices, principles, and philosophy.
