Pulmonary rehabilitation is a six-week exercise and education programme for patients with long-term respiratory conditions. Patients receive support from healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists and dieticians. Our team work closely with respiratory consultants.
The work we do with patients tackles respiratory conditions such as:
- asthma
- bronchiectasis
- COPD
- interstitial lung disease (ILD)

There are many benefits from attending pulmonary rehabilitation, which is proven to reduce breathlessness and improve quality of life.
