Quality

RRPPS operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We were first registered to the ISO Quality Management Standard in June 2000, and are committed to continually improving our effectiveness driven by the requirement to ensure customer satisfaction.

RRPPS’ Senior Management Team and Quality Assurance Personnel meet annually to establish quality objectives, which aim to improve existing services provided by RRPPS, or to offer new services to respond to changing customer needs. These objectives are reviewed at monthly management meetings.

RRPPS’ Quality Policy is reviewed annually and communicated to all staff members within the organisation. We ensure that all personnel understand and fully implement our Policy and Procedures, and are committed to the ethos of continually improving our services to our customers.
