Workforce Race Equality Standard

The aim of the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) is to ensure equal access to career opportunities and fair treatment in the workplace for black and minority ethnic (BAME) staff.

This report was written in July 2025. It has been accepted by the People & Culture Committee, 14 August 2025, and was ratified at a full Board meeting, on 25 September 2025.
