The aim of the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) is to ensure equal access to career opportunities and fair treatment in the workplace for black and minority ethnic (BAME) staff.
The WRES report has been accepted by the People & Culture Committee, 26 October 2023, and is subject to recommendation by the People & Culture Committee for ratification at a full Board meeting, taking place on 30 November 2023.
