At Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, vaccinations are available in the atrium in the main entrance. Book via the Trust intranet.

From April, it is a legal requirement for all NHS staff who have regular face-to-face contact with patients to be double vaccinated against COVID-19, unless exempt. If you are not double vaccinated, you have until Thursday 3 February 2022 to receive your first dose, and Thursday 31 March 2022 to receive your second dose.

Booster vaccinations are strongly recommended for staff who are double vaccinated, to help give maximum protection against the Omicron variant. Please bring your staff ID card with you.

Please note that anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 will need to wait 28 days until they can have a COVID-19 vaccination.

Information about where else to get your COVID-19 vaccination locally is also available via the Birmingham and Solihull COVID vaccine website.
