Ramadan health advice

Fasting in the month of Ramadan is obligatory for all adult Muslims. Advice on observing Ramadan during COVID-19 is now available.

Free parking passes

Staff are advised that when their free parking pass at Heartlands, Good Hope or Solihull hospital sites is due for renewal they should go to Security at the relevant site to get a new pass processed. Staff are asked not to contact the car parking team.

Volunteering opportunities

Do you know anyone who has some spare time and is interested in helping and supporting others during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic?

UHB, the Nightingale Hospital Birmingham and other local hospitals and community healthcare settings are currently offering a range of volunteering opportunities. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and fit and well with no underlying health conditions. The varied range of roles available are non-clinical and volunteers will be deployed to the areas of greatest need on a daily basis.
