Blue badge holders
- You said: Before leaving the car park Blue Badge holders were finding it difficult to physically validate their badge at the Treatment Centre
- We did: We're trialling a new, simplified parking process. Blue badge holders can now validate their badge via the CCTV camera when they exit the car park

Signposting at Solihull Outpatients department
- You said: There is a lack of signposting in Outpatient areas
- We did: Introduced new and improved sign posts through Outpatients
