To book an awareness or information stand at one of our hospitals, please complete the booking form linked below.
You must read and agree to the terms of the stand guidelines before booking.
Please be aware that requests will be sent to the relevant site teams for approval.
Stand guidelines
- Charity fundraising is at the discretion of the Trust, all commercial activity is strictly prohibited
- Tables must be supplied by the requester
- Your table must be secure, safe, clean and presentable
- Posters, leaflets and other literature must be official corporate literature with branding
- Stands are to be set up in a sensible location out of the main line of footfall so as not to cause obstructions
- Stands should not be left unattended at any time
- Those working behind the stands must be appropriately dressed within the Trust uniform code. If from an external organisation, dress should be smart business wear
- If displays are larger than 1m x 2m you must contact us prior to your event to seek approval
- If you wish to have any unusual additions to your stand we must be informed of these prior to the event
- No hot or cold drinks can be served from stands and no food stuffs should be provided to visitors, staff or patients
- Please avoid the use of single use plastic products (SUPs), such as balloons and plastic bags, due to their environmental impact
- In exceptional cases, balloons can be used with prior agreement from the Communications team, but they must be latex free due to the potential impact on people with a latex allergy
- You may not use audio or visual equipment unless approved by the hospital in advance
- All electrical equipment used for your stand must be portable appliance testing (PAT) tested and approved
- At the end of each session stands must be cleared away and all material removed – the area should be left in the same condition as it was found
