At UHB, we’re beginning to look at talent management in a new way. We've developed a Talent Management Framework to support all staff to be the best they can be. The framework also provides proactive ways for managers to succession plan for their teams and develop the skill sets of those who wish to further their careers.

Our framework provides managers with the tools needed to effectively support talent development at UHB. It has been designed to provide a simple, step-by-step approach to undertake talent management through the process of talent assessment and succession planning.
