Tell us what you think about UHB's retail outlets

UHB's catering team is inviting patients and visitors to share their views on the Trust's retail services to ensure they are continually improving the offer available. 

UHB-owned retail outlets include: 

  • Good Hope Hospital: The Orchard Restaurant and Richard Salt Unit Coffee Shop 

  • Heartlands Hospital: The Refectory 

  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital: The Clock Tower Cafe, The ITM Restaurant and The Plaza Restaurant 

  • Solihull Hospital: Seasons Restaurant and Solihull Coffee Shop 


The survey provides an opportunity for patients and visitors to share what the retail outlets are doing well, what could be better, what dishes they would like to see across the retail offer, amongst other things.
 

Visitors and patients wanting to share their views are encouraged to complete the feedback survey via the below link before 31 August:
