Mary BellamyLead Research Nurse
Mary started at UHB in 2012, having previously worked at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Derbyshire Royal Infirmary and HM Prison Service.
She has diverse experience in conducting research across many specialties and departments, including haematology, thoracic surgery and respiratory. Mary has worked with the NIHR Clinical Research Network West Midlands (CRN WM) to facilitate research training across the region.
Mary has been in her current post since July 2019 and is responsible for leading research teams across UHB, ensuring that high-quality research is delivered to patients across multiple specialties.
