Male Infants (<1 year): 0.00 – 3.00 g/L Female Infants (<1 year): 0.00 – 2.35 g/L Male Child (>1 to 12 years): 0.03 – 2.70 g/L Female Child (>1 to 12 years): 0.11 – 2.20 g/L Males >12 to 60 years: 0.14 – 2.58 g/L Females >12 to 60 years: 0.35 – 2.50 g/L Males >60 years: 0.40 – 2.68 g/L Females >60 years: 0.63 – 2.73 g/L
