The EUROLINE Autoimmune Liver disease profile measures human IgG autoantibodies to 9 different antigens: AMA-M2, M2-3E, Sp100, PML, gp210, LKM-1, LC-1, SLA/LP and Ro-52, in serum or plasma. It is largely used in the diagnosis of autoimmune liver diseases, such as primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, suspected autoimmune hepatitis or where there is an increase in transaminases for unclear reasons.
