Trust management

The Trust Management Executive is responsible for the day-to-day running of the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB).

The Board of Directors manages the Trust's services and develops plans and strategies for the future.

The Board of Governors shapes the strategic direction of the Trust, holding the Directors to account on behalf of all Trust members.
