Bridget is responsible for the management of the Integrated Clinical Academic Training (ICAT) programme for medical staff at the University of Birmingham.
As part of this role, she promotes clinical academic career pathways to undergraduate students and existing clinicians in partner organisations, through the delivery of events and activities to promote the development of careers in research.
