Please note our medical secretaries are unable to provide urgent medical advice.
The Allergy Service at UHB operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you require urgent medical advice outside of these hours, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or attend your nearest A&E, if appropriate.

Referrals
We accept referrals from GPs and hospital specialists.
Urgent referrals are given special consideration and, where appropriate, we aim to offer an appointment within a few weeks.
We do not accept self-referrals. If you think you may need to be seen by our Allergy Service, please discuss your symptoms with your GP or hospital specialist, who can advise whether a referral is appropriate.
