Our Behavioural Framework has been developed in collaboration with thousands of colleagues across the organisation. Together, we have identified behaviours that reflect our values of ‘Kind’, ‘Connected’ and ‘Bold’ - behaviours we hope to show and experience whilst at work. The framework also highlights behaviours that are not acceptable in the workplace.

During April to June 2025, we will be having a focus on training our people managers in the framework, and details will be shared directly with colleagues invited to attend.
From September onwards, all colleagues will be encouraged to attend our 'behaviours at work' training. Details of how to book will follow.
