Neighbourhood Health

Neighbourhood Health is a new way of delivering health and care services that puts people and communities at the heart of everything we do. It is about bringing support closer to home and helping people stay healthy and independent.

Across Birmingham and Solihull, health services, councils, social care teams and voluntary and community organisations are working together to provide more joined-up support in the places where people live.

By delivering more services in local communities, people will be able to access care and support closer to home, making services easier to navigate and helping them stay well for longer.
