Neighbourhood Health brings together NHS organisations, councils, social care, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations, and local communities to provide more joined-up, personalised and preventative support.
By working together, these partners can better understand local needs, make the most of existing community strengths and ensure that support reaches people earlier, particularly those whose voices may not always be heard.
